Indiana University Bloomington

Program Objectives

The Institute for Corporate Governance is dedicated to the study, dissemination, and application of best-in-class corporate governance principles.

The Institute provides Corporate Governance Programs, as agreed by both parties, at the site, day, and time of your choice.

Corporate Board Programs

The Corporate Governance Institute provides intensive programs for corporate board chairpersons, lead and presiding directors, members of boards of directors, and senior executives of publicly traded corporations and those companies near the initial public offering (IPO) stage. The ICG also recognizes the many parallels between the private and non-profit sectors with regard to principled governance. The ICG's programs are designed to facilitate candid discussions of best practices and seasoned perspectives applicable to a wide range of boardroom challenges and opportunities. With participation by senior corporate officers, board directors, and experts from legal, regulatory, and financial services and agencies, the ICG explores the use of appropriate tools and frameworks for informed decision-making in the challenging, contemporary governance environment.
